#formlink with popup should show red links for missing pages

Description

When using #formlink with target parameter, the link should be shown as redlink, if the page does not exist yet.

Example:
{{#formlink:form=MyForm|link text=MyNewPage|target=MyNewPage|popup}}

Result:
A standard bluelink 'MyNewPage'

Wanted result:
'MyNewPage' as redlink

Thanks for the bug report - this is now fixed, in SVN.
