Feature request: Make sidebar sections collapsible, to be consistent with Vector-2022 Table of Contents

Description

The menu should be updated to match the new style of the sticky Table of Contents. This also includes the collapsibility functionality which would allow users to hide what they don't wish to see in the menu, thus conserving vertical space and making more room for the Table of Contents.
