Unable to "manage user" on mobile

Description

Sometimes I need to manage a user via my mobile...

But the Phab UI seems to make this very hard (at least from the user profile page)...

Re-reading that, no probably not, as you say "manage a user" and you probably mean as a phab admin... ignore me! 🙃

Yeah.. It seems to let you manage yourself easily... Not someone elses profile

Manage is on the left hand side bar... But then it uses user IDs... So I could in theory find the ID to make the url manually, but that's just crap
