What happens?:
when creating a cite web template for a twitter url, ve apparently duplicates the url value assigned to |url= in |title=. Doing this causes cs1|2 templates to emit an 'External link in |title=' error; see this diff at en.wiki
What should have happened instead?:
urls belong only in parameters intended to hold them: |url=, |chapter-url=, |archive-url=, etc; don't know the title? don't make one up.
