@eigyan I am still seeing the Safety Survey KEY and VALUE displaying for the ES Beta Wiki:

Also when I verified EN Beta Wiki I noticed it was displaying a KEY and VALUE for ext-quicksurvey-tst-safety-survey... I wasn't for sure if this was related to our survey or not.
