Steps to replicate the issue (include links if applicable):

• Open Wikipedia Android Mobile App
• Go to any article containing a <ref> tag with a group="xxx" parameter so that the local Wiki has a MediaWiki:Cite link label group-xxx page.

What happens?: The footnote reference is labelled xxx + number. For instance, if the group is alpha, the footnotes are labelled alpha 1, alpha 2, etc. (cf. screenshot below).

What should have happened instead?: The footnote references should be as defined in the local page MediaWiki:Cite link label group-xxx. For instance, on French Wikipedia, the references of group alpha should be labelled a, b, c, etc. (cf. MediaWiki:Cite link label group-alpha)
