What happens?:

thumb does not show

What should have happened instead?:

thumb does show

That's because loading https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:CSD_Freiburg_2022_002_part_5_of_5.webm shows a HTTP 429 error for https://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/thumb/e/e7/CSD_Freiburg_2022_002_part_5_of_5.webm/160px--CSD_Freiburg_2022_002_part_5_of_5.webm.jpg (see the "network" tab of the "Developer Tools" of your web browser).

I get an 500 error (and that makes much more sense).
