Steps to replicate the issue:
- Visit mobile version of English Wikipedia while logged out, using Firefox or Opera app on Google Pixel 3a.
- Access any article.
What happens?:
The link to page history that should appear next to the languages link at the top of the article is missing. The link to page history below the article is still there.
What should have happened instead?:
The page history link at the top of the article should appear whether or not the user is logged in.
