Page history link missing from top of page on mobile when logged out

Description

Steps to replicate the issue:

  1. Visit mobile version of English Wikipedia while logged out, using Firefox or Opera app on Google Pixel 3a.
  1. Access any article.

What happens?:

The link to page history that should appear next to the languages link at the top of the article is missing. The link to page history below the article is still there.

What should have happened instead?:

The page history link at the top of the article should appear whether or not the user is logged in.

Firefox 100.3.0 on Google Pixel 3a

Opera 70.3.3653.66287 on Google Pixel 3a

History link is at bottom of the page so still accessible to anonymous users so this is not a bug in the software.
