Development and deployment of IRC integration for Dispatch

  • Determine channel approach (e.g. create new channel, or use single channel for all incidents)
  • Actions
    • Declare new incident
    • List (open) incidents
    • Update status to stable
    • Update status to resolved
    • Update participants
    • Update IC
  • Mapping contacts between IRC and dispatch
  • Authorizations - who is authorized to issue dispatch commands via IRC
  • Capture chat log transcripts as incident resource/link
