Event Timeline

Aklapper renamed this task from No request a desktop site on the smartphone (iOS) to "Request Desktop Website" Safari iOS browser setting ignored; shows mobile site instead.Aug 15 2022, 7:53 PM
Aklapper edited projects, added MobileFrontend; removed Mobile.

The problem is not only with Safari iOS (Safari trying to (re)open mobile site, probably). Google Chrome and etc. Also Opera's magic redirects.

This is a browser feature which only changes the user agent.
It is not a request for the desktop URL.

I'm merging this into the relevant ticket.
