Description

Add a way to fetch Wikimedia Commons images, e.g. https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/Commons:SPARQL_query_service

This is separate to fetching MediaInfo; that's tracked in T337440: Add support for WikibaseMediaInfo.

I am inserting Wikimedia to Commons, as I would love to see this becomes also more generic later to include (ideally) other Commons media servers like https://commons.miraheze.org or once WikiTide Commons are available.

Is there a Sparql query service for Miraheze Commons?

The Wikimedia Commons query service is not currently able to be used without authentication, so I think this feature isn't really feasible currently.

Not yet. They only discussed it last year.
