The linktrail mediawiki: message is no longer used, as this is insecure.

I'll update the language file.

I reopened this bug since all wikis w/o an up to date languageXX.php get this
problem, let it open a few days at least to allow people to retrieve it easily,
if you think it's better to don't use bugzilla for these requests reclose it :)

This linktrail is needed for LanguageFr.php, please apply
