A placeholder task to consider how to aggregate and annotate in-shift happenings for on-call staff.

Short list to include:

  • cross - region handoffs (Americas-> EMEA -> Americas)
  • cross - week handoffs ( between shifts)
  • auto-seed from existing dispatch / paging / alerting data
