Description

Steps to replicate the issue (include links if applicable):

Go to Special:CreateZObject?view=function-editor
Change the natural language to something non-English
Paste some text into the input box for an argument label, or type a single letter in it

What happens?:
Change is not reflected in Work Summary. Only reflected when label is changed a second time.

What should have happened instead?:
Change should be immediately reflected in Work Summary.

Note:
This bug does not occur if the natural language is left as English.

Software version (skip for WMF-hosted wikis like Wikipedia):
