Description

Steps to replicate the issue (include links if applicable):

  • go to this category on Wikimedia Commons
  • click on "Edit", edit (or not) the page, then click on "Show preview"

What happens?:

  • the width of the preview is smaller then in other situations (for exemple reading mode, or Difference between revisions)

What should have happened instead?:

  • the width should be the same

Software version (skip for WMF-hosted wikis like Wikipedia):

Other information (browser name/version, screenshots, etc.):
PC, Windows 10 Home, display resolution WQHD (2560x1440), Firefox version 104.0.2

I'm not sure it is the same bug of T312963, I prefer to report it.

This appears to no longer be valid (unable to replicate) — I think the behaviour has likely been changed with the fixed width preference? Boldly closing, please feel free to re-open if this is still an issue.
