Description

Steps to reproduce:

1. Go to a function's details page.
2. Click "Create a new test"
3. Fill in the options for the new test

Observed behavior:

• Bottom of page has tester report for pre-existing tests, but not the test currently being created

Expected behavior (Acceptance criteria):

• Tester report contains result for current test
  • Note that this would be more consistent with the create implementation page, which does show test report for current implementation
