Steps to replicate the issue (include links if applicable):
- Go to https://he.wikipedia.org/wiki/User_talk:Amire80/test-reply-thanks-template
- Click "תגובה" (reply) that appears in the end of the second section (שלום שתיים).
What happens?:
Error message from DiscussionTools appears, saying that it can't be used there.
What should have happened instead?:
It would be nice if replying worked.

The תודה template (pronounced toda) is often used on anonymous talk pages to invite people to register, and people often reply to these messages, so it should be possible to do it using the reply button.
If it's an issue with the template, it may be possible to change it, but we'd like to know first what it is. It currently uses table syntax for formatting, and I thought that it's a problem for Discussion Tools and tried removing it, but it didn't help, so I reverted it.
