Description

This task is to configure whatever is needed (opening apis on metricsinfra, setting auth, puppet config in prod, ...) to make the production karma instance alerts.wikimedia.org show also the alerts from the metricsinfra alertmanager (if possible, filtering only the ones WMCS can act on).
