While debugging something else, I noticed in mwlog1002:api.log that Toolforge makes requests on behalf of User:JarBot, even though that bot was operated by a now-WMF-banned user. The operator's Developer Accounts should also be disabled now.
This probably means that the Toolforge tools (jarbot, jarbot-ii, jarbot-iii, jarallah, jarallah-ii) for the bot continue to schedule the work, even though the maintainer now no longer has Toolforge access.
