- Open a diffs page (difference with preceding revision) where the changes consist of additions to existing list items.

What happens?:
As you can see the diffs are presented in two different ways although the type of change is identical; an addition to an existing list item:
- The diff is shown as a deletion + addition. In my example: see [[Carl Ekern]]
- The diff is shown as an update: In my example [[George Stavrinos]]
What should have happened instead?:
I would expect that additions to existing lists are always presented in the same way. This type of additions should be presented as an update instead of a deletion + addition in the diffs page.
