Feature summary
tboverride (or possibly a separate userright) should be able to override the spam filter. At present, false positives (e.g. psychologydictionary.org) have to be manually listed in MediaWiki:spam-whitelist before they can be used.
Benefits:
Would make editing easier.
the userright tboverride belongs to a unrelated extension (E:TitleBlacklist) and shouldn't be re-used, A new userright should be created and assigned to relevant groups.
