I can't find any source code license on the code in the WIWOSM tool. Some of the files in https://github.com/wikiosm have "License:GPL" but that doesn't specify what version of the GPL, and the other repository doesn't have any license I could find.

Please add the correct license metadata to https://toolsadmin.wikimedia.org/tools/id/wiwosm :) thanks!
