When clicking on the toggle limited content width control the page expands if it is currently limited. This state should persist at least throughout the browsing session, when navigating to other pages.

If a user clicks the expand button to adjust the content viewport, it should be assumed they are doing this to improve their experience; reverting the view on every page loaded to the limited version requires the reader to continuously click the toggle after each page load.

Improve reader experience
