Steps to replicate the issue (include links if applicable):
- I enable responsive mode in preferences.
- I visit any page, like the Main Page, on a mobile device (here simulated with F12 developer tools)
What happens?:
The Vector 2022 skin is not run in responsive mode. The skin does not adapt to the mobile screen size.
What should have happened instead?:
The Vector 2022 skin should have scaled up and adapted to the mobile screen size.

The above image shows a simulated result of using Vector 2022 on a mobile device, using the F12 developer tools in Microsoft Edge.
The above image shows that I indeed have Responsive Mode enabled while using Vector 2022.
