While checking rename queue, even though this request seems to be concluded since January 28th, it still appears on the list.

@Teles Checking now I couldn't find any. Do you still have the problem?

The user requested a rename on azwiki and the global rename queue. Azwiki's request was approved using the global rename form. For this reason, the request remained on the queue until someone declined it.
