Steps to replicate the issue (include links if applicable):
As a logged-in user, go to Special:Watchlist at cs.wikipedia.org (or other wiki with Page tools enabled).
What happens?:
In the page tools menu (on the right of the page), the RSS icon overlaps with the "Atom" message, see screenshot:
The same behavior can be seen in page history (example) as well:
What should have happened instead?:
The RSS icon should either not be displayed at all, or it should be displayed next to "Atom" (without the overlap). This is how it used to look like without Page tools enabled (cswiki link):

Reproducible with at least the following browsers:
