Steps to replicate the issue (include links if applicable):

• Go to https://meta3.toolforge.org/stalktoy/Bennylin
• It says "Warning: This global account has 1 detached account. If you own this name, you should claim ownership of detached accounts."
• The detached account in question is id.wikimedia.org

What happens?:

The list is different from CentralAuth, where "id.wikimedia.org" is not listed, and it should not be listed, as that local chapter wiki doesn't have any way to merge accounts (it's not using CentralAuth).

What should have happened instead?:

The "id.wikimedia.org" and other possible local chapter wikis I'm not aware of should be removed from Stalktoy list.
