Description

Feature summary:
As it currently stands, Special:ShortPages is completely useless in Wikisources. It's completely populated with purposefully blank pages (i.e.: blank pages from books) so it can't be used to find very short pages that might need supervision.

My feature wish would be to either:

Filter out pages with proofread status 0 from the list (ideal)
Be able to filter by namespace in special pages (T218350)

If this was indeed wanted (noting ProofreadPage is not only on Wikisources), it would be trivially enough doable using a ShortPagesQueryHook subscriber inside ProofreadPage
