- open those two articles: Bruce Willis and Brussels
What happens?:
- the tables of content are shown differently: in "Bruce Willis" the sections are open (and sub-sections are visible by default), while in "Brussels" they are not.
What should have happened instead?:
- in all articles, sections should be closed and subsections hidden by default (the user would like to be able to choose how to display it by default, for exemple sections always closed)
