We have special pages like long pages, short pages, unused categories... I would like a big categories special page.

@binbot: What would be a real-world example why you'd have to (!) "subcat" a category? Which actual underlying real-world problem would this solve?

In Wikipedia things are worth to or good to.
Now I am just working on such problems, e.g. Hungarian teachers have a big category, and I try to partitionateit. If a category has many thousand elements, it is always suspicious.
There is Special:MostLinkedCategories for categories with the most pages and there is Special:MostCategories for pages with the most categories.
Maybe that match the feature request (at least for me, from what I have read).
