There have been many requests to release a new version of the jQuery.i18n library: https://github.com/wikimedia/jquery.i18n/issues/244

Since the last release there have been a large number of commits made: https://github.com/wikimedia/jquery.i18n/compare/v1.0.7...master

Update the version in package.json - https://github.com/wikimedia/jquery.i18n/pull/245
Release a version on GitHub and add changelog - https://github.com/wikimedia/jquery.i18n/releases/tag/v1.0.8
Release on npm - https://www.npmjs.com/package/@wikimedia/jquery.i18n
