Description

Turn on the changes of T327062: Show entity labels in parsed edit summaries in API requests as well for Wikidata.

WARNING: This is a breaking change and must be announced with enough time!

This is controlled by the temporary feature flag / config setting: wmgWikibaseTmpEnableLabelsInApiSummaries.

Acceptance criteria:

  • this was properly announced
  • entity labels in parsed edit summaries in API requests are available on Wikidata
