V1 IAC solution holds some resources which are used by V2. The list of such resources should be very low, but it's not fully known at the moment.
Once of the examples: due to human mistake email redirection lambda was deployed from the V1 IAC repo, and this resource is used by the whole estate.

Acceptance Criteria

• All the IAC bits are identified
• All team members know the list of critical shared infrastructure resources before they are moved or destroyed
• Resources are moved (or destroyed in case of need) from V1 IAC to V2 IAC.

ToDo:

• Identify the critical shared infrastructure resources
• Once identified, share with the team the list of what resources we have and where
• move them across the IAC solutions (ideally we should achieve them without recreating the resources, but reimporting those to the V2 terraform state)
