Feature summary (what you would like to be able to do and where):`
For teams that are working with Kanban it would be nice to be able to observe some metrics about team performance to be able to measure progress in some way. As there is no built in feature that allows us to do so in Phabricator it might be good to have a command line tool or similar to export to .csv to calculate cycle time.

Use case(s) (list the steps that you performed to discover that problem, and describe the actual underlying problem which you want to solve. Do not describe only a solution):
i.e.

• the team has been taken on lots of maintenance work that has not been represented in Phab sufficiently and we want to explore if this has impacted the team capacity negatively
• team constellation has changed and we want to measure levels of collaboration as we observe cycle time of tickets everyone has worked on

Benefits (why should this be implemented?):`

• i.e. team is relatively new and cycle time is still low, we could learn that the team needs to build a stronger sense of belonging and trust to be able to work together effectively
