@MatthewVernon Can you check what other permissions are required to let @MBinder_WMF see the dashboard? I think when I made the request, I also asked for the wmf group.

@MatthewVernon Sure, happy to approve!

Can you also make it publicly visible to all staff?

Approving as Harumi's manager

We will go back to this one during Wishathon in May 2026.
We won't do this during the Wishathon to complete the wish, so it's up for grabs.
While you touch this, is there a way you can ensure that the dashboard is public to other staff to be viewed. We often want to share it with stakeholders.
@JSengupta-WMF For your interest, we are doing this.

As the subtasks are all resolved, can this be resolved?
Hi, we want Harumi to access and edit the following Superset dashboard:
https://superset.wikimedia.org/superset/dashboard/686/
Sorry, I wrote a tired ticket and skipped the key details.
That dashboard in particular is owned by Musikanimal, but he's on sabbatical and we need to add to it.

Can I close the community wishlist wish that surfaced this?
@Aklapper any more advice? I am keeping this ticket open only to collect a history of tips. We can close it after a find a solution.

@dmaza Should I keep this in progress? Do you think we might go back to it in a future Wishathon?
I am just tagging Community-Wishlist, because it was a wish, and we want to follow the status.

@Aklapper I had not answered some of your previous questions:

Is the related wish resolved?
I will think about this more and test a bit with out previous board. Yes, frequently, people use this tag, although the process is to create wish first.
What's missing to close this wish? https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Community_Wishlist/W381
Can you advise us further on what to do?
We want to have a board to track progress made on wishes by volunteers, CommTech and staff.
- The challenge is that we want to track only epics for each wish in a certain time period (the fiscal year) Do you think I could create rule that only epics can end up on the board?
- Is there any way I can avoid that people abuse the tag for getting our attention as CommTech?

We want to track in progress work only and have a paper trail.

Hi, to make this as complete as possible. Are there any permissions or access rights that need to be shared with others, especially anything related to the wishlist extension?
