Description

The sfsblock-bypass right (Bypass IP restrictions issued by the StopForumSpam extension) is already added to ipblock-exempt group (per T273211) and to some global groups (after T334856), so the flag should be granted by default to the sysop usergroup, which already has the other IPBE flags!

Oh yep, indeed! It seemed strange to me that it wasn't assigned by default by the extension, but I hadn't checked :/

Oh, I'm stupid, the extensions is disabled by default, in fact in the projects in which it's enabled, sysops have the sfsblock-bypass flag! Closing as invalid :)
