Survey created. I scheduled an email to Diego, Miriam, and Martin who have used the process. (I kept Isaac cc-ed in the email with no expectation of response given that he's out.)

We have two people out of office. So I set the deadline for the retro to conclude to September 15th to allow the team sufficient time to respond to the survey, and for me to analyze and react to it when I'm back at work.

I processed the feedback (thanks to those of you who provided it). I put an updated draft process in (private link): https://office.wikimedia.org/wiki/Research/Handbook/Communication under the Peer-reviewd publications section. I changed the deadline for this task to October 25th for the reason that I'd like to make sure the whole team has a chance to review it, ask clarifying questions, and for us to discuss the few open questions that I listed in the officewiki page. I will then iterate as needed, and finalize it.

This is now done. I made the changes and documented what changed and what we can look into for further improvement in the future in https://office.wikimedia.org/wiki/Topic:Xse3o6ka83647ifk . closing.
