Finalize UX copy for MTP

Description

Context

We need to comb through the UX copy for the MTP once it's handed off to engineering for implementation.

Why

We want to finalize the UX copy in English prior to releasing on test.wiki and make sure it aligns with the scope of the MTP.

Acceptance criteria
  • Internationalization of the UX copy and the UI (if needed)
  • Designer approves the copy
  • PM approves the copy

Discussed process with @Madalina and next steps will be:

  • AV to stake a first pass at the UX copy and collaborate with Madalina in Figma
  • AV to design RTL designs
  • AV to make sure UI works for long-text copy
  • looping in @STei-WMF and @Quiddity for their input

I've updated the UX copy in the Figma file and we can discuss some items there or here, whatever folks prefer. There is some nitty gritty product implications to iron out with the copy, after which we can make sure it works for long-text languages and is internationalized.

I'm meeting with T&S policy and operations specialists this week to review copy from the policy and ops angle. I've already shared the Figma file with them.
