With buster deprecation coming this year we need to migrate wm-bot (currently uses two VMs running buster) to either bullseye or bookworm. We could create new VMs and transfer data as needed, and build the bot, or while not what is often done, it may be easier to use sudo apt-get dist-upgrade.
