Hal Triedman from Security will be scheduling a meeting with me in the next few days to discuss the plan.

Had a meeting with Hal and Madi Moss with Legal on Monday. Hal diagnosed the data collection as medium-risk (but considered the risk reasonable), so @Madalina needs to take a look at the risk assessment and sign off.

@Madalina has approved, so the security-privacy portion of the review is done. We are still waiting on legal sign-off from Madi.

The review is all done; the plan is approved. I just need to add one note from Madi about QuickSurvey privacy statements to the plan.

I've added the note. The plan is fully approved, and everything is documented.
