Now that all hosts have been migrated away (mostly to cloudsw1-b1-codfw in T327919: Configure cloudsw1-b1-codfw and migrate cloud hosts in codfw B1 to it) we can move asw-b1-codfw to spares. For that a few things need to happen:
- Check that asw-b-codfw:ae0 isn't used anymore, vlans trunked:

- cloud-instance-transport1-b-codfw - https://netbox.wikimedia.org/ipam/vlans/114/interfaces/
- cloud-instances2-b-codfw - https://netbox.wikimedia.org/ipam/vlans/112/interfaces/
- cloud-storage1-b-codfw - https://netbox.wikimedia.org/ipam/vlans/147/interfaces/
- cloud-hosts1-codfw - https://netbox.wikimedia.org/ipam/vlans/113/interfaces/
- Remove above vlans/interface from asw1-b-codfw
- Remove ae0 from cloudsw1-b1-codfw
- Remove member from VC config
- Disable all interfaces (inc. VCPs)
- Disconnect prod cables
- Wipe switch
- Unrack and store with spares if needed
While updating Netbox at each step.
