CurationToolbar: Suppressed edits have unnecessary text in article history
Closed, DeclinedPublicBUG REPORT

Description

Steps to replicate the issue :

What happens?: In the article history section, the suppressed edit has the text "{{#ifeq:{{FULLPAGENAME}}|Special:Contributions| [Username or IP has been suppressed for this edit. As an oversighter you can still see the edit in the user's contributions]|(Username or IP removed)}} · (edit summary removed)"

What should have happened instead?: The text should just be "(Username or IP removed) · (edit summary removed)"

@MPGuy2824 This is the [plain text of the rev-deleted-user message](https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=MediaWiki:Rev-deleted-user&action=edit) that we are using. I'm unsure why we are using a template in what is supposed to be a plain-text message.

https://gerrit.wikimedia.org/r/c/mediawiki/extensions/PageTriage/+/960676 shows this text when the username is hidden via the hide-user permission as well :(

THanks to @Pppery for making the change to the enwiki message. Marking this as declined since this did not lead to any code changes on PageTriage's end.
