Description

This should happen when

As an example you can view https://www.wikidata.org/wiki/Special:NewItem with an blocked open proxy and no form will be displayed.

	Don't show Special:CreateObject or Special:RunFunction to blocked users	mediawiki/extensions/WikiLambda	master	+36 -0
