WikiLambda: Track more aggregate data about function calls

Description

Description

Currently we track every time a user requests running a function (by pushing the Run Function button), but it would be useful to also track the following related things:

  • How many function calls are made (including those for the Run Function button, those made for running tests, and any other cases), broken down by the different cases
  • How many of these are handled from cache
  • How many are sent to the orchestrator
