Description

This current Organizer Lab randomization code is intertwined with PII. The code and PII data needs to be separated so that it can be published on gitlab as part of T342913.

This work should also inform the proposal for how to handle/store the PII data itself (T342914).

This task will likely have to wait until early Q3 2023/2024 at the earliest due to prioritization of SDS 1.3 Hypothesis (T342472) and Global Readers Survey (T341890) work.
