The "all wikis" grand summary file is a CSV and should have a stable header order for better usability. Let's start with "wiki" and then group columns according to the analysis module producing them.

Cool! I tested locally and it works fine. Some small improvements ideas:
- add 0 also into empty cells to make it consistent
- add name of section (like general, maps, etc.) somewhere
- add descriptions below cryptic names :)
- try to keep formatting from our spreadsheet
Oh and looks like somehow the field list_defined_ref_per_page_having_ref got lost. :O
