Steps to replicate the issue (include links if applicable):
- Visit https://test.wikipedia.org/
- Create a page with a special character such as ' in it, for example Test'
- If you're autopatrolled, mark the page as unreviewed
- Visit Special:NewPagesFeed
- Find the page title. Next to it is a link that says (hist). Click on it
