Until we have the new homepage released, there's no easy reference to the Discovery tool on the homepage. We'd like to add a temporary one to bridge the gap.

Dependency: https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/T341866 needs to be deployed first, it holds the new homepage content.

AC:

• On the homepage, under the section "Still have questions?" add an additional section:
  • Same font and size of "Still have questions?" but with text: "Want to get inspired?"
  • In body text underneath: "Discover other Wikibases to see what's possible and get inspired to get started with your own".
  • There's a hyperlink to the Discovery tool under "Discover other Wikibases"
