Please set:

'eswikibooks' => array(
        '0' => false,
        '1' => false,
        '2' => false,
        '3' => false,
        '4' => false,
        '5' => false,
        'N' => false,
),

and

'wmgBabelMainCategory' => array(
    'eswikibooks' => false,
),

So no categories are to be used by this extension.

I commited a mistake when I submitted the configuration at meta and copied the eswiki one but forgot to change it because we don't want categories. Our community is largely inactive but I've opened https://es.wikibooks.org/w/index.php?title=Wikilibros:Caf%C3%A9&oldid=177728#Configuraci.C3.B3n for general information.

Reopening. Please remove from 'wmgBabelMainCategory'

'eswikibooks' => 'Usuarios por idioma - %wikiname%',

and leave it to default, which is set to 'false' so the extension does not use categories at all. Thanks.
