Go to https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Special:NotifyTranslators (requires permission), and try to select a translatable page name. The dropdown to select the name of the translatable page is unresponsive for the first few seconds and then sluggish.

This can be easily replaced by the entity selector that we have on https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Special:MessageGroupStats which would provide a better experience.
